Packing & Shipping
- Shipping is done Monday to Friday within usually 24 hrs after payment is received.
- Packages are shipped in neutral packaging. No logos or brand names recognizable.
- Sender is a fulfillment service and / or a private sender.
- Returns must be announced by email, then you will receive a free return label.
- Sometimes two or more packages are sent per order. For each package there is a tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.
- Shipping in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is done by DHL. Partially there is shipping by GLS to countries outside the DACH region.
